IO Detailing Service & Fulfillment Policy

IO Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in Lumby, Vernon, and surrounding BC areas. We do not ship physical products. Services are fulfilled in person at the customer’s vehicle location.

Service Area

IO Detailing primarily serves:

  • Lumby, BC
  • Vernon, BC
  • Surrounding areas by availability

Locations outside the standard service area may require approval before booking and may be subject to an additional travel fee.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, booking system, social media, or direct contact.

Appointment availability may depend on:

  • Service location
  • Weather
  • Vehicle condition
  • Package selected
  • Required water/electricity access
  • Existing appointment schedule

Arrival Times

IO Detailing makes every effort to arrive on time. However, delays may happen due to weather, road conditions, traffic, equipment issues, or previous appointments taking longer than expected.

If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible with an updated estimated arrival time.

Customer Responsibilities

Before your appointment, please make sure:

  • The vehicle is accessible.
  • The vehicle is parked in a safe and legal location.
  • There is enough space to work around the vehicle.
  • Detailing is allowed at the service location.
  • Water and electricity are available unless IO Detailing has confirmed otherwise.
  • Personal items, valuables, garbage, and important belongings are removed from the vehicle.

IO Detailing is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Weather & Unsafe Conditions

Because detailing is affected by weather and work conditions, IO Detailing may reschedule service due to:

  • Heavy rain
  • Snow
  • Extreme temperatures
  • High wind
  • Unsafe work areas
  • Poor lighting or access
  • Lack of required water/electricity
  • Conditions that would reduce service quality

If IO Detailing needs to reschedule, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25–$50 fee, depending on the service booked.

No-shows, locked vehicles, unavailable vehicles, unsafe locations, or lack of required access may result in the appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or charged up to the full booked service amount.

Service Satisfaction

IO Detailing aims to provide high-quality mobile detailing services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review the concern.

Service corrections, partial adjustments, reschedules, or refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under our Refund Policy.
